Job description:

Position:  Executive Director

Overall Job Purposes:
Responsible for day to day management of Association. Reports to Supervisory Board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with Parliament, Government and Non-Government Organizations;
• Increasing number of new full and associate members; 
• Preparing reports to Supervisory Board;
• Organizing everyday work of the office;
• Preparing budgets and other financials;
• Organizing meetings of the Board, Annual General meeting, etc.
• Arranging seminars and international conferences;
• Arranging publishing of business journal about leasing;
• Creating a data base and statistical framework for analyzing market trends, publish analytical reports;
• Conducting liaison with state authorities and agencies with regard to issues connected with the interests of participants of the leasing market (applications, consultations, proposals, etc.);
• Developing public statements and carry out explanatory work concerning draft laws, draft regulations and acts of local governments which may relate to Ukrainian leasing;
• PR.

Qualification, experience required:

• English is a must;
• University Degree;
• Previous experience in government, non-government organizations or law firms.

• Result oriented.
